In late 2009, we purchased this house as part of our first attempt at flipping/renovating.  (Click here to see some of the before/after photos)  As you'll notice in looking at the comparison photos, there were some rooms so completely taken over by mold that we couldn't even take before photos.  But, if you check out the slide show below, you will see the final product. 

This house still includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, but we've added a family room and finished the majority of the basement.  The added living space in this home helped us to quickly sell it!  We're so pleased with the results of our "First Major Renovation"!!
